Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead on-site security operations and manage project risk for Maryland region mega projects in Baltimore. You will supervise preconstruction deliverables, collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and design partners, and drive value engineering, budgets, and schedules.
Strong leadership and client relationship skills are essential.
