Precooked Area Preparation and PackagingThis position is responsible for the preparation and packaging of product in the precooked area.Duties and responsibilities include:Inspect product coming out of ovens for proper size, shape, color and weight to ensure specifications are met.Realign products prior to entering the freezer to ensure the final frozen product is a flat, smooth, uniform shape.Inspect product prior to robot to sort out any product damages throughout the freezing process, or otherwise not conforming to company and customer set standards.Sanitation duties as necessary.Add filling to products requiring it.Fold omelets or squares.Count patties and add the proper number to each case.Assembly of boxes and insertion of bags.Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality of MFI products.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.The pay range for this position is $18.36 to $21.16 per hour.
