Job description
Encova Insurance in Columbus, OH is seeking a modeling-focused Analytics Analyst II or III to lead and support commercial lines predictive modeling initiatives. You will develop models, engineer variables, prepare data, perform statistical analyses, validate models, deploy them, and monitor performance to improve pricing and underwriting.
The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office expectations at our Columbus corporate office and a competitive compensation package with bonus and benefits.
