Prelitigatoin Employment Law Attorney
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle employment law cases in a pre-litigation setting.
What You’ll Do
Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement
Work closely with case managers, assistants, and internal departments
Communicate strategy and updates to clients and opposing counsel
Attend hearings and support case resolution efforts
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop pre-litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
Active member of the California State Bar
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
