Lead the creation and expansion of a new Structural Heart Program , with full institutional support to build a high-performing service line from the ground up.
High procedural volume with experienced support staff and strong referral patterns

Competitive base salary up to $700,000 DOE plus wRVU incentives, high patient demand, and robust procedural volume create a highly lucrative financial opportunity .
