Job description
West Texas Eye Associates in Lubbock, TX seeks a BC/BE premium cataract & refractive surgeon leader to perform 1500+ surgeries per year and drive education and quality initiatives.
You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Executive Committee to champion high-quality premium cataract and refractive surgery, specializing in laser-assisted cataract surgery, LALs, multifocal, EDOF, and toric lenses.
