Job description
Inova Maternal Fetal Medicine in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Educator (RN) to support prenatal patients diagnosed with diabetes. This role focuses on patient education, care coordination, and clinical mentorship within the team.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Virginia RN licensure, 1 year of RN experience or 250 hours of DSME/T, and BLS; becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator within 18–24 months is encouraged.
