Our commitment to pioneering medical advancements is showcased through our state-of-the-art outpatient surgery centers and full-service clinics.DISC Surgery Center is seeking a full-time PreOp/PACU RN for our Thousand Oaks location. This position will have a Monday - Friday schedule.In this position, you will:Monitor post-operative patients' conditions and manage their pain levelsAssess patients' vital signs and airways post-surgeryCollaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfortAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansDocument patient care accurately and timely in electronic health recordsProvide emotional support and education to patients and their familiesTo ensure success in this role, you should have:Valid RN licenseBCLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hireProficiency in airway management and post-anesthesia recovery2 years’ experience in acute care, PACU, or ICU experiencePay Range: $55.00 - $65.00/hourWhy Should You Work Here:Nationally Recognized Surgeons: Join a team of surgeons with national recognition in the fields of spine and sports medicine.Leader in Spine and Sports Medicine: Be part of an organization that leads the way in advancements in spine and sports medicine.Opportunity for Growth: Experience professional growth in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.Work-Life Balance: No weekends, no holidays, and the same team every day.DISC Surgery Center is an equal opportunity employer.
