Lead productive practices and maintain a safe and positive environment
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes
Communicate (A LOT) with athletes, parents and other coaches
Care a LOT about the athletes in the gym
Are fun, caring and supportive
Works late afternoons, nights and weekends, depending on team schedules

Spend time with their co-coaches to establish monthly and weekly goals for the team. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and reliable. They should have prior experience coaching a cheer team. They should have the ability to teach stunting, tumbling and choreography, understand scoring rubrics (or be willing to learn them.)
