Food & Beverage SupervisorPosition Summary: Performs general prep work, serve guests, buss tablesJob Relationships:Responsible To: Food & Beverage DirectorEmployees Supervised: NoneInter-Relationship: Work closely with Food & Beverage Director and other cafe/bar staff to better serve our guestsDuties and Responsibilities:Prepare cafe for openingServe guestsStock supplies as neededWash dishesAssist with meal preparation for barAdditional duties may be assignedQualifications:Certifications: Valid Washington State Health CardExperience: Previous experience preferredOther Requirement: Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers and the ability to work safely among sharp and hot items.Environmental Factors:Frequent lifting of items weighting 40 Lbs. or moreWorking around hot dishwasher and kitchen equipmentWorking around sharp itemsWorking around scalding liquidsStair ClimbingSitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of timeGuest facing position.Values Implementations:Always responds to guests' needsSeek ways to improve guest serviceTake pride in knowing that 49° North is a quality ski resort--The most affordable, friendly, family ski area in the region
