Preschool Director
Location: Rosemount, MN
Base pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

We are opening a brand new location in Rosemount and are looking for an inspiring Preschool Director to help bring it to life. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a positive, high‑energy environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is ready to grow with a company that's redefining early learning.
Responsibilities
Communicate with parents daily
Assist with hiring of all staff
Staffing of facility
Uphold licensing requirements
Staff training and conflict resolution
Conduct parent meetings
Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
Maintain center enrollment
Have fun!
Requirements
CDA, Associate’s Degree or higher
Minnesota director qualifications
CPR/First Aid certification
Experience working with children 0–13 years old
Management experience
