Job description
The YMCA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to lead a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom for children ages 3–5. In this role, you will plan and deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and maintain classrooms that meet YMCA and state licensing standards. As part of a mission-driven, community-focused team, you will model YMCA values, collaborate with staff, and participate in ongoing professional development.
