Preschool Teacher - The Learning Experience, Fairfax, VA
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Nights or Weekends
Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
The Learning Experience in Fairfax, VA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our growing team! We're looking for caring, energetic educators who love helping children learn, play, and grow in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
As a Preschool Teacher , you'll inspire curiosity and creativity every day while helping our little learners build confidence and essential skills for school and life.
What You'll Do: Create a positive, engaging classroom where children thrive.
Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum that makes learning fun and interactive.
Foster open communication with families about their child's milestones and progress.

Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) .
Must meet state licensing requirements .
