Preservation Tech/PainterThis is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks. As paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding/needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, brush/roller/spray painting, and snow removal.Pay range for this position is $26.76/hr to $27.85/hr.Preferred High School Diploma or GED.QualificationsRequired Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. Hand grinding/needle gun (surface prep).Required Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with scissor/condo lifts.Required Must be able to wear a respirator.Required Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.Preferred Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.Preferred - Spray experience.
