Job TitlePreservation TechnicianJob DescriptionPay range for this position is $31.31/hr to $32.58/hr. This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks. As paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding/needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, brush/roller/spray painting, and snow removal.Required/Preferred Education/TrainingPreferred – High School Diploma or GED.Required/Preferred ExperienceRequired – Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. Hand grinding/needle gun (surface prep).Required – Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with scissor/condo lifts.Required – Must be able to wear a respirator.Required – Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.Preferred – Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.Preferred - Spray experience.
