For over 50 years, ACC Senior Services (formerly known as the Asian Community Center of Sacramento Valley) has been dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults and family caregivers. This organization promotes the general welfare and enhances the quality of life of our community by offering specially designed, culturally sensitive services, programs, and classes for older adults in the Sacramento region. From home and community-based programs to our residential living and care communities, ACC offers a full continuum of supportive services. Many of ACC’s programs are offered at low-to-no cost to participants due to the generous grant funding and private donations it receives to fund its programs and services. ACC is a non-profit 501(c)3 tax exempt organization.

The Leadership Opportunity

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a mission-driven, strategic, and community-centered executive to lead ACC Senior Services into its next chapter of impact, innovation, and sustainability. Reporting to and working closely with the ACC Board of Directors, the President/Chief Executive Officer will oversee operations, ensure strong financial and organizational performance, drive growth, advance ACC’s mission, and strengthen long-term stability. The CEO will provide bold and unifying leadership across ACC’s senior living, healthcare, volunteer, and community-based services, while also serving as ACC’s managing agent for Meals on Wheels Sacramento County. Together, these responsibilities position the CEO to shape the future of one of the region’s most trusted and comprehensive providers of services for older adults.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is $275,000 - $300,000 with a generous benefits package.
