About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its non-instructional enterprise, which includes finance, technology, operations, legal, people, and facilities. This executive role is pivotal in setting operating priorities, making resource and structural decisions, and ensuring that all functions are aligned with the organization's mission of educational equity and scholar outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the annual planning process, leading the support office's leadership team, and identifying and addressing organizational barriers to performance. A key aspect of the role is to lead the non-instructional side of the company's separation, modernize the support model, and ensure that the organization's structure and decision-making processes support effective execution. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have directly run finance, operations, technology, and people functions. The role requires a proven track record in improving organizational performance, managing significant budgets, and leading major organizational change. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large, multi-site organization, particularly in the education sector, and a deep understanding of K-12 education and the realities of school or system leadership. Exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to the company's mission and values are essential. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree in a related field being preferred.
