A privately held, multi-entity construction services company is seeking a proven President to lead daily execution, develop leaders, and drive long-term growth.
This role partners closely with the CEO, allowing ownership to focus on vision and strategy while the President leads operations, people, and performance.
We are seeking a construction executive with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills. This is not just an operations role—it requires someone who builds culture, coaches leaders, and drives accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units
Translate strategy into execution and results
Develop and mentor leadership teams
Full P&L ownership. Drive financial performance and operational excellence
Strengthen client relationships and market presence
Build scalable systems and accountability rhythms
Qualifications
10+ years of senior leadership in construction
Proven success leading leaders
Strong operational and financial acumen
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
