Experienced Press Brake / Folding Machine OperatorSigntech is looking for an experienced Press Brake / Folding Machine Operator who takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating our CIDAN PRO 40 Folding Machine. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent service to their internal customers.Pay Range: $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience.What We're Looking For:Preferably 5 or more years of press brake experience.Experience setting up and operating press brakes or folding machines.Ability to accurately read drawings, measurements, and fabrication specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.Ability to consistently produce clean and accurate bends.Someone who takes pride in keeping their work area clean, safe, and organized.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A positive, service-minded attitude toward internal customers.Ability to inspect completed parts and confirm they meet specifications.Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable for the quality of their work.What Success Looks Like:You will be successful in this position if you:Produce accurate, high-quality parts the first time.Operate the CIDAN PRO 40 Folding Machine safely and efficiently.Keep your equipment, tools, materials, and work area clean and organized.Communicate clearly with engineering, production, and other internal departments.Keep projects moving by meeting deadlines and supporting your internal customers.Take personal pride in your craftsmanship and the quality of every finished part.Apply today and become part of the Signtech team.Location: San Diego, CaliforniaPosition: Full-timePay: $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance available 401K with discretionary 20% company match Bonus programs Flexible spending section 125
