Press Brake OperatorPay: $22/hr. + $1 shift differentialShift: Monday-Thursday (1:45pm to 1:45am); occasional overtime availableSummary:Cannonball Recruiting is looking for a Press Brake Operator for a metal shop in York, PA. This is a very important position which requires being able to work independently.Requirements:Experienced working in a metal shopPrevious Press Brake operation experienceAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environmentAbility to work independently; running the most important machine in the shopEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Mechanically inclined; knowledge of and ability to use toolsRead a tape measure and successfully perform general math skillsOperate a forklift; forklift certification or license is a plusAssisting with inventory accuracy; log items made and ensure items are stored and labeled properlyAbility to use cutting machines for bend products; operate the sheer and bender to cut and bend productsBenefits:Health / Dental insuranceLife insurance401k with match up to 4%PTO (2 wks after 1st year, 3 wks after 3 yrs) and 8 Paid HolidaysAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
