PMI is currently seeking Experienced Press Brake Operators to help build high-quality parts and assemblies that meet precise standards. Experience in a manufacturing setting is required, press brake operating experience preferred.Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 3-day weekend every week!What You'll Do:Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal partsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accuratelyPerform precise measurements and calculations using basic mathConduct routine maintenance and ensure press brake machines run efficientlyPerform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring toolsOperate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling as neededCollaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhy You'll Love Working Here:Competitive pay starting at $25.35/hourTeam-focused environment with opportunities to growWork with modern equipment and toolsSafety-first cultureHigh Quality, Low-Cost Health BenefitsMultiple Retirement Funds$2500 Referral BonusAnd More!Position Requirements - What We're Looking For:Experience in a manufacturing setting requiredExperience operating press brake machines preferredStrong blueprint reading and interpretation skillsSolid understanding of basic math for accurate fabricationExperience with machining, laser cutting, or fabrication is a plusFamiliarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement toolsForklift and crane operation experience is an advantageStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
