Job description
Press Brake OperatorWe are seeking a dependable Press Brake Operator to join a production welding and fabrication facility. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with fabrication or manufacturing experience looking for steady first-shift work.Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal partsRead and follow blueprints, work orders, and bend specificationsMeasure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and qualityMake basic machine adjustments as needed during production runsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaWork closely with welders and fabrication team members to meet production goalsPrevious press brake or metal fabrication experience preferredAbility to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)Mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as neededDependable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to work in a fast-paced production environmentFull-time, stable opportunityGrowth potential within a production weld facility
