Press Brake Operator$22-27/hr + 15% shift differential for 2nd shiftShift:1st = Mon - Fri (7am to 3:30pm)2nd = Mon-Thu (3:30pm to 2am) - must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks (7am to 3:30pm)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine to bend, form, and cut metal sheets according to precise specifications. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of metal properties, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and cut metal sheets and plates.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications and set up requirements.Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, and bend angle to meet product specifications.Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and deadlines.QualificationsProven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a metal fabrication environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Familiarity with CNC machinery and press brake controls.Strong attention to detail and quality.Good mathematical and measurement skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials if required.US Citizenship.BenefitsHeath / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401k with company match (40% of the dollar up to the first 6%)Accident and Critical Illness optionsHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO9 paid HolidaysPossible Sign-On Bonus
