Press Brake OperatorTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around Golden Valley, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Set up and operate press brake machines for production runsPerform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each jobIndependently complete machine setups from start to productionRun production jobs according to specifications and quality requirementsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededInspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaWork efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentRequirements:Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on press brake setup experienceStrong experience with tooling changes, machine setup, and production operationsAbility to independently complete setups and production runsSolid understanding of press brake operations and metal fabricationReliable attendance and strong work ethicMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkMust be safety-conscious and detail-orientedBe Safe from fraud!
