Press Brake OperatorA Press Brake Operator is responsible for using a press brake to shape, bend, or cut metal into parts for tools, equipment, and other components.ResponsibilitiesSet up the press brake by reading blueprints, selecting the right tooling, and determining the working tonnage and tool position.Operate the press brake by programming it and making test bends to correct errors.Inspect the finished product for defects and ensure it meets quality standards.Perform routine maintenance on the press brake to ensure it is working well and stocked with materials.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Ensure there are enough raw materials available for production.Essential SkillsExperience with Press Brake OperationBlueprint readingProgrammingJoin a fast-growing company that values its employees highly and offers advancement opportunities. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
