Press Brake Operator/Setup SpecialistWe're assisting a local fabrication shop in hiring a Press Brake Operator/Setup Specialist for 1st shift.Pay: Based on experience (Direct Hire) Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift: 5:00 am–1:20 pm | Overtime: 1:20–3:20 pmKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and/or set up press brake machines for production runsInterpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracyInspect completed parts for quality and make necessary adjustmentsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issuesFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environmentQualificationsPress brake operation experience required; setup experience preferredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and quality focusPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in a fabrication/production environmentWhy Work with Express?Direct hire with competitive pay based on experienceStable, long-term opportunity with growth potential
