Press Brake OperatorPay: $23.00 - $28.00/hr (based on experience)Shift:Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PMFriday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AMEnjoy every Friday afternoon off!About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong press brake setup and operation experience who takes pride in producing high-quality metal components. You'll work in a clean, organized shop with a supportive, family-oriented culture that values independence, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake equipment to fabricate precision metal componentsInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate productionSelect and install the proper punches, dies, and tooling based on material specifications and bend requirementsPerform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as neededConduct first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks to maintain product standardsUse precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerancesTroubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues to maximize efficiency and minimize downtimeMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaPreferred Qualifications4+ years of press brake setup and operation experienceStrong understanding of manual press brake machinery and toolingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawingsExperience selecting appropriate dies and tooling for various materials and applicationsProficiency with calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring toolsStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot setup and production issuesDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracyWhy Join Us?Competitive pay ranging from $23.00 - $28.00/hrConsistent first-shift schedule with half-days every FridayClean, well-maintained machine shop environmentFamily-owned company culture with low bureaucracy and plenty of autonomyStable workload with a busy and growing operationOpportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive teamIf you're an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a company that values your skills, offers a great work-life balance, and provides a positive shop environment, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Webster, NY.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
