We are recruiting a Digital Press Supervisor to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 2nd and 3rd shifts in our Aurora, IL production facility. Join a company that values your talent, supports your professional development, and is committed to excellence in everything we do.In this position you will:Assist the Press Operator in setting up the press to run individual jobsHang rolls of paper, fill ink fountains and keep the area around the press cleanMake sure all material is stocked and ready for the Press Operator and for the next shiftKeep all tools organized and put away when not in useComplete daily production logsCommunicate the status of jobs at shift changePromote a safe, positive, team atmosphereQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMechanically inclinedDetail orientated and committed to qualityAble to multi-task within a manufacturing environmentThis full-time position includes the following benefits:Perfect Attendance BonusMedical coverageDental and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401k saving plan with company matchPaid VacationPaid Holidays
