Job description
Press Operator HelperPosition Reports to: Production SupervisorTo support pressman in accordance with company procedures.Essential Functions include the following: Other duties may be assignedPrepares next order for pressCleans press with Press OperatorSets up press with Press OperatorMaintains supply inventory levels at pressesCleans pressroomAdditional duties as directed by the Pressroom SupervisorEducation and/or Experience: High School diploma of GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education an experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
