Press Brake OperatorTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in the Portland, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $24-26/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Press Brake Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Read blueprints and work ordersInterpret engineering drawingsUnderstand bend dimensions, tolerances, and anglesDetermine the sequence of bends needed to make the part correctlySelect and install tooling the press brake uses: punches diesProgram the cincinnati machine using the cincinnati model enter bend anglesInput material type and thicknessProgram backgauge positionsCreate or edit CNC programsPerform test bendsCheck dimensions using calipers and tape measures.Run production, and monitor qualityTroubleshoot problemsBe safe from fraud!
