Comfortable being on-call nights and weekends.Press Manager Job Overview:Lead a team that keeps production moving. We're looking for a hands-on leader to coach employees, champion safety, and deliver quality products on time. You'll set goals, improve processes, manage performance and costs, and work across departments to solve challenges and meet customer expectations.Qualifications, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's Degree preferred5 + years of experience in management and printing operationsAbility to solve problems and effectively manage conflictSolid working knowledge of press processes and related manufacturing, budgeting, leadershipExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.Exceptional time management and organization skills.
