Now Hiring Press Operators – All Shifts Available!Newbury, OH | $17–$18/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd ShiftsReady to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing role? Inova Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of water softener systems, and we’re looking for dependable Press Operators to join the team!What You’ll Do:Operate press machines to form and assemble product components.Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.Keep your work area clean and organized.Work alongside a team to keep production running smoothly.What We’re Looking For:Press operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail and quality.Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30–50 lbs.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Shifts & Pay:1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30amPay: $17–$18/hrWhy You’ll Love It:Temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement.Health benefits + vacation time eligibility.Stable company with long-term opportunities.Be part of a team producing products used in homes across the country.Ready to Apply?Reply to this adApply online at ?
