Press OperatorInova Staffing is hiring experienced Press Operators for a client of ours in Valley View, a well-established and growing manufacturing company known for its clean facility, team environment, and long-term opportunities.We are looking for candidates with REAL stamping press or punch press experience — especially candidates who can perform set-ups and troubleshoot machines independently.Responsibilities:Set up and operate stamping presses from 20–400 tonSafely install tooling and run productionMonitor quality and document productionUse measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometersTroubleshoot machine or production issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety proceduresRequirements:Previous punch press or stamping press experience REQUIREDSet-up experience strongly preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working overtimeDependable attendance and positive attitudeWhat They Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceStable, family-owned companyClean and organized facilityOpportunity for long-term growthTeam-oriented work environmentApply Now!
