Press Operator, High-Speed Stamping (Bruderer) - 2nd ShiftFairfield, OH (Cincinnati metro) | Full-time, direct hireSchedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (four-day week, some flexibility on hours) | Friday available for overtimePay: $23 to $28/hour depending on experienceAbout The OpportunityA precision metal stamping manufacturer in Fairfield, OH is adding a 2nd shift Press Operator to its high-speed, high-precision Bruderer press line. This role is for an operator who already knows high-speed stamping and wants to run advanced, tight-tolerance equipment.What You Will Do- Set up, operate and monitor high-speed Bruderer stamping presses to produce precision parts to specification- Load coil and materials and safely remove and handle finished parts- Read and follow work orders, blueprints and production specifications- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects and overall quality- Make machine adjustments to hold production speed and tight tolerances- Use measuring tools and gauges to verify parts meet specifications- Keep accurate production and quality records throughout the shift- Follow all safety procedures, including machine guarding and PPE requirements- Perform equipment checks and communicate mechanical or quality issues to the right team members- Keep a clean, organized and safe work areaWhat You Need- Hands-on experience running high-speed stamping presses (required)- Bruderer press experience strongly preferred- Experience with setup and adjustments on precision stamping equipment- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools and gauges- Strong attention to detail and quality- Commitment to safe work practicesHow To ApplyIf you have high-speed stamping or Bruderer press experience, apply today.
