Entry-Level PositionThis is an entry-level position focused on prioritizing workflow, learning plate running and web path orientation, and applying safe practices for setting ink and plate lockup. This role is also responsible for housekeeping, safety procedures, assisting with press setup and cleanup, and effective communication.What you will do:Introduction and application of setting ink, plate lockup, and removalObservation and application of housekeeping and safety procedures throughout the shiftDevelop the skills needed to troubleshootParticipates in the cleanup and completes set up of the pressesCommunicate verbally effectively with associates and managementTrain for and obtain a Forklift CertificationWhat you will bring:High school diploma or equivalent required0 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant/facility maintenance function, or 1-3 years as a Reel Tender, preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to identify quality defectsBenefits and Compensation:The hourly range is $20.00 - $24.00+ one time sign on bonus.
