This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport production operations by assisting with Press operationsPack, label, and prepare products for next step in the processLoad materials and keep production equipment running efficientlyInspect product to ensure quality and accuracyAssist team during setup and changeoversFollow job tickets, instructions, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSkills & QualificationsManufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)At least 4 years of web offset printing experienceAbility to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and measurement skillsStrong work ethic and reliabilityTeam-oriented with a willingness to learn and growPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftAbility to work on a production floor for extended periodsSchedule12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Rotating schedule averaging 7 working days out of every 14-day periodOvertime may be required based on production volume, business needs, or vacation coverageShift differential pay availableCompensation & BenefitsWeekly payPaid time off and holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife insurance and disability coverageOpportunities for training and advancementEqual Opportunity EmployerFreeport Press is an equal opportunity employer.
