Join a growing, industry-leading aerospace manufacturer where your work makes an impact and your career can take off.Position Description:The Press Operator sets up, operates, monitors, and maintains hydraulic forming presses, hydroforming equipment, and related fabrication machinery used to produce precision aerospace components. This role requires strict adherence to aerospace quality standards, blueprint specifications, and safety procedures.Essential Responsibilities:Operate pressesCleaning and washing parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debrisEnsure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectationsInspect completed parts to ensure they meet customer requirementsMaintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management SystemMonitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisorDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staffOther duties as directed by supervisor within and outside the assigned departmentQualifications:High school diploma or GED strongly recommendedStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to deal with high volumes of productionCapable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitudeBenefits: Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.
