Press OperatorPress Operators don't just run machines—they take ownership of turning raw materials into high-quality electrical enclosures that protect critical infrastructure.In this role, you'll set up and operate power presses to mold sheet-molding compound (SMC), ensuring every part meets our safety, quality, and production standards in an ISO-driven environment.What you'll own:Set up dies, fixtures, and machine settings to run production efficientlyMeasure and prepare materials to spec before each runInspect, deburr, drill, and finish parts to print requirementsMake real-time adjustments to maintain quality and reduce defectsTrack production and inventory with accuracy and accountabilityIdentify and address non-conforming products the right wayMaintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all ISO and safety standardsWhat sets you apart:You pay attention to detail and take pride in quality workYou show up reliable, ready to work, and accountable to your teamYou follow processes—but also think ahead to improve themYou prioritize safety every time, no shortcutsWhat you can expect:A hands-on role where your work directly impacts productionClear expectations around performance, quality, and accountabilityA team environment that values consistency, ownership, and developmentWork environment: You'll be working around machinery, moving equipment, and moderate noise (hearing protection REQUIRED).
