Job description
The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive success in our Garden City, NY store. You will support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets.
Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, a passion for cosmetics, and a proven ability to train others, manage inventory and handle POS software. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and events is essential.
