Job description
Richemont North America, Inc. seeks a senior boutique leader in New Jersey to drive luxury sales and client experience. You will build long-lasting client relationships, lead a high-performing team, and partner with regional and corporate teams to meet KPIs and grow the business.
Role requires extensive luxury retail experience, direct report management, and availability for weekend hours. SAP experience and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are preferred.
