Job description
Marriott is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Engineer to help keep hotel facilities safe, reliable, and guest-ready. Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; troubleshoot issues and complete repairs or coordinate specialized service. Maintain accurate work orders, equipment records, and inventory, and follow safety procedures and applicable codes. Collaborate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests and operations, respond to maintenance requests, and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance. Bring practical technical knowledge, sound judgment, and a service-focused approach.
