Job description
The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence in New York is seeking a full-time Prevocational Specialist to support program participants with prevocational planning and daily interventions.
You will help participants develop work skills and work closely with staff to promote independence, integration, and productivity. Responsibilities include completing program documentation for reviews, maintaining Therap entries, and coordinating with families and care managers to ensure successful supports.
