Purpose
Define, deploy and govern pricing across the PS NORAM portfolio to accelerate profitable growth.
Translate market, customer and cost intelligence into clear price architecture, deal guidance and commercial decisions.
Key Missions
Pricing strategy Build price architecture by portfolio, segment and customer. Apply value-based methods to new and existing offers. Monitor market dynamics, customer requirements and competitor price positioning. Convert signals into actions.
Commercial Performance Track price realization, revenue, volume and margins. Identify leakage and lead corrective action.
Data & Analytics Own pricing data quality, dashboards, models and reporting. Automate recurring analysis where relevant.
Strategic Deals Support bids, RFPs and negotiations with scenarios, guardrails and profitability recommendations.
Governance & Adoption Set approval rules, discount discipline and audit trail. Equip Sales teams to execute consistently.
Profile & Other Information
Experience : Pricing, commercial finance, strategy or revenue management in complex B2B environments
Capabilities : Value-based pricing, financial modelling, analytics, market intelligence and governance
Leadership : Strong business partnering; able to challenge constructively and simplify decisions
Tools : Advanced Excel and BI capability; comfortable with ERP/CRM and pricing workflows
Education : Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or a related field
