A nationally recognized healthcare organization committed to exceptional patient care is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician to join its team. This position offers a highly desirable quality of life while living and working in an inviting community just outside of Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
Opportunity Highlights
Work within a collegial team of physicians and APPs with 1:1 clinical support
Established patient panel + ability to ramp up quickly
Enjoy an ideal work-life balance with 6 weeks of PTO, no weekends, and limited 1:6 call via phone only
$250-280K base salary depending on experience + robust benefits package
Sign-on bonus up to $20k + relocation assistance provided
Stipend available for 2027 residents!
