Job description
Community Care Physicians seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary and specialty care in our multispecialty, physician-owned group. Based in the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will evaluate and manage patients, perform exams and procedures, order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with our extensive network of clinicians.
