Job description
Join Hartford Healthcare as a Primary Care Behavioral Health clinician supporting patients in an integrated primary care setting. In this role, you will provide brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions for adults and families, collaborate closely with primary care providers, and contribute to coordinated treatment plans.
