Job description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Atlanta VA Health Care System is actively recruiting for Clinical Pharmacy Specialists (CPS) or Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) in primary care as clinical experts in chronic disease state medication management.
Positions are located at the Atlanta VA Medical Center and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The CPS/CPP will work independently within their scope of practice to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
