Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks a Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient primary care practice serving patients age 12 and up. Positions available in Plainfield and Putnam, CT. The role is in-clinic, four days per week (three in Plainfield, one in Putnam).
Open to FNPs and PAs; schedule entails no call. Practice group emphasizes advanced practice support, EPIC/AI tools, and nonprofit system-wide resources for professional development.
