Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient primary care practice serving patients aged 12 and up. The position is based in Plainfield and Putnam, CT, with a 4-day work week across two locations.
Open to FNPs and PAs, you will work under established guidelines and collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care in a community-based setting.
