Job description
Adelante Healthcare in Buckeye, AZ seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and preventive care at our Buckeye clinic. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care at nine locations in Maricopa County.
Requirements include NP/PA graduate status, NP/PA certification, Arizona APR license, DEA certificate, CPR/AED, and a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card for behavioral health sites. We offer competitive pay and generous PTO.
